If a customer contacts AdeTrends support, we will do everything we can to provide the best support to the customer. However, if the customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase for any reason within the 14 day period, we will provide the customer with a return-address to mail the product back for a full refund or an exchange.
Physical Product Refunds
The Physical Products Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you used at the time of your purchase.
