What is the estimated delivery time?

All North American orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an extra 48 hours. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders shipped outside the United States are typically dispatched within 5-7 days from the time they leave our store.

Note:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially if there’s any unforeseen events. For example, natural disasters that impact deliverability like storms, earthquakes, etc.

How do I get shipment confimation & delivery estimates?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will in some cases be active immediately, but can take up to 24 hours.

How does the company handle customs, duties, taxes and damage?

Adetrends is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed after the order leaves our store are responsibility of the customer.

Adetrends.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We would adjust the last sentence to: If you received a damaged item, please refer to our return policy page. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

Our store provides the convenience of complimentary shipping for all products with ‘ADD TO CART’ buttons, rest assured that your shipping costs are already covered. However, please note that any additional charges, such as tariffs and taxes incurred after the order leaves our store, are the responsibility of the customer.

How Do I Track My Order?

Easy! Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your unique tracking number. Then place the tracking number on Track Your Order page and enjoy.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

No, you do not need to register for a account in order to place an order. You can use the ‘Guest Checkout’ as a casual user.
If you’d like to keep track of your orders and save your details, you might want to consider creating an account for convenience.
Alternatively, you can proceed to checkout as a guest without the need to create an account.

How Do I Place an Order?

To make a purchase on our shop, follow these steps:

  1. Select the item you wish to buy, specify the quantity, and click the “ADD TO CART” button.
  2. If you want to add more items, repeat the process.
  3. Access your cart to proceed with the order.
